What does the audit trail record?

The Part 11 Toolkit audit trail records:

•	All additions, changes or deletions to system data.

•	When an electronic signature is added or removed.

The audit trail records the user who made the change and the date/time of the change.

The audit trail can also be customized to record specific program events.
