My legacy db has data, do we need to send it when submitting our program to Ofni for Toolkit installation?

While having legacy data can make it easier to determine the proper operation of a program, it is not a necessity. The two simplest methods for clearing the legacy data from the tables are as follows:

Clearing a single table at a time This method is preferable if there is some auxiliary data in certain tables that is required for the program to run properly. To clear the records in a single table, open the table, highlight the records and press the delete key. You should be prompted to confirm the deletion of the records.

Import the objects into an empty database without the existing data To accomplish this action you must begin by creating a new (empty) database file. Once that is done you need to right-click in the database window and select "Import". Navigate to and choose your original database to import objects from. On each tab of the import objects form, press the "Select All" button to highlight all objects in the original database. Press the "Options" button and verify the following settings: In the "Import" box both "Relationships" and "Menus and Toolbars" should be checked. In the "Import Tables" box "Definition Only" should be selected. In the "Import Queries" box "As Queries" should be selected. To complete the import process you should now press the "OK" button. You will now have a new database that contains all of the objects of your original without the existing data.
