How do electronic signatures affect spreadsheet data?

Applying an electronic signature locks the entire spreadsheet page to which it was applied.

In the default configuration, system administrators have the right to remove an electronic signature to allow a spreadsheet to be edited. This removal of the electronic signature is recorded to the audit trail.
